Why can't I operate in euros?

Euros are only available for users or business who reside in SEPA zone. If you are not from SEPA, contact with support.

What is a quote?

Is an offer with a closed price which is valid along a limited time used to show the information about the price to buy, sell or transfer an asset in Criptan.

Why do we use quotes?

Contrary to other kinds of orders such as limit orders or market orders, in which you don't know the execution price, just the limits. With a quote you have guaranteed the price along the established time.

Why do quotes have such a short time to accept it?

The execution time of the quote is dictated by the volatility of the market where we are operating and UX.

If you have short time you will have better prices but a bad user experience.

Contrary if you use more time you will have a better user experience but worse price exposed to volatility.

The choosen time optimize the volatility and the user experience.
